My daughter and I returned to this store August 6th to buy the shoes she wanted 13 minutes before they closed and were denied entry. There were a hand full of customers still inside shopping. I told the girl at the door we already knew what we wanted and she still wouldn't let us in. I asked to speak to a manager because of her rude attitude and she said well I'm the manager so what do you need. Her name was Tisha and I can't believe a business would allow a manager to represent a business like this. I know it was close to closing time but the Nike outlet store let us inside and we found some shoes she liked.

I purchased a pair of shoes at this location on Sunday. While I may have tolerated my unwelcomed shopping experience, but the dishonesty is what prompted me to review this store. I walked into the store and was not acknowledged by the 4-5 disengaged employees. Unlike other locations where employees approached me to assist with sizing, I brought the shoes to the register. The associate then told me they didn't have the shoe and had the audacity to ask me to put the shoe back on the wall! I ended up just asking for another color since I needed shoes for a present. My shopping experience was overall unpleasant. After taking my payment, the employee rated themself highly without my input. If given the option, my rating would be in the negative to the point where I'd consider returning the shoes. Love the shoes. Hated the reminder of the experienced intact with what I paid for.

Be careful when going into this store. Make sure you take a picture of the sale tag and how much the shoe actually is. I was going to buy hightop Nikes on sale for $70, but at the register it was $85 , and the receipt said sale canceled. I asked about it and was lied to. Save your time and skip this store.

Worst store experience ever! You better know the policies because the store associates sure won’t tell you know anything. Then Finish Line will LIE and say you opted in for a refund to go directly to your card and not After Pay when you were never aware of any other options. Warning if you pay with after pay MAIL IT BACK to Finish Line or After pay will never get their money and you will still owe money on your purchase.

Clean store and all but service was terrible. I went to pick a pair of shoes and every single employee we’re not interested in helping at all even after picking up my 2 favorite shoes. I will not shop in this location again just because we ran into 5 different employees and none of them even cared for getting or ringing me up for the shoes even though it was not busy at the time. Also, the clearance racks had shoes that wasn’t even on clearance and their explanation was “it’s the last size”.

Actually had some really good speaker additions on show at this location for nicely discounted prices. If you're looking for some quality speakers have a pretty good price this is definitely worth a look.
